RDC is the parent of a family of companies that oversees a diverse portfolio of real estate holdings and operating companies that includes multifamily, office, industrial and land holdings.

RDC had been responsible for the delivery of more than 1,500 multifamily units since 2006 valued at more than $200 million.  The multifamily products include urban infill, suburban, senior housing and student housing product lines.  In addition, our affiliate Deklewa Homes has delivered more than 2,000 residences in the last ten years.

In addition to being a developer, owner and investor, RDC’s roots and growth originate in the general contracting and construction management business.  RDC has diversified through its affiliated companies, Alpine Electric and JMAC Architects, to provide electrical contracting and architecture services.  We approach our services through the lens of an owner and investor, because we are those things.  As an owner and investor, you are constantly challenged to meet deadlines, get results and solve problems.  This is our approach and what we provide to our clients- result driven, problem solving, get the job done.
